My tofu won’t come out of it’s package. I’m making the cherry tomato salad with soft tofu & shiso and my soft tofu isn’t cooperating.
Chang wants you to cut a block of tofu with a 2 inch round cookie cutter. At the Asian supermarket I shop at, you can buy tofu in 1 and a half inch tubes. I wonder if David Chang has ever seen tubes of tofu? Or are 1 and a half inch rounds of tofu just not good enough?
