Herbs, spices, sauces and other strange ingredients in the Momofuku Ko recipes

There aren’t too many crazy ingredients in the Ko recipes. I think the only one I had to look up was “gianduja,” which is chocolate with hazelnut paste (like what’s inside a Ferrero Rocher!) Use this list with the Master Ko recipe list if you’re curious as to what goes into what.
