It’s that fateful time of year again to make and subsequently break resolutions. What will yours be?
Mine is to cook my way through the Momofuku cook book.
The Momofuku name is a registered trademark of Momofuku and David Chang. I'm just using it (fair use?) to refer to his restaurant and cookbook.
